Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Must be returned within the 30-day return window.
- Items must not be altered, resized, repaired by a third party, or show signs of wear or damage.
- All original tags must be attached.
- A photo or video must be provided as proof of condition.
- Returns must be sent to our warehouse address only.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at: info@clairemasonstyle.com
- Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photo/video evidence of the item
- We’ll review your request and provide the return address and instructions.
- Once shipped, send us the tracking number for visibility.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.
Refunds
- Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Please allow up to 30 business days for returns to reach our warehouse.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The package is destroyed due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or never arrives at our warehouse.
- The item has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party, or returned in poor condition not present at the time of sale.
- You fail to contact us within the 30-day return period.
A €10 restocking fee applies if a return is due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, and the item is returned.
Exchanges
- If you received the wrong item or need a different size, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
- Follow the same steps above and clearly state your desired replacement.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once approved, the replacement will be sent free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email a clear photo or video to info@clairemasonstyle.com
- Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, with no need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Items altered, resized, or repaired by a third party, or showing signs of wear such as scratches or damage not present at the time of sale.
Rejected Returns
- Items returned outside the policy conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
